It's lazy, lazy, lazy, and inconsiderate. And lazy. A friend of mine drives me up the wall by leaving messages that say, "(name redacted) here. Call me back when you get a chance." Dude, I'm not your employee. And yes, I've told him why it pisses me off.

Next time he does that I think I'll send an email to him that says, "I'm not calling you back unless you give me a reason." And for the ones who do that to you, I'd just send them a text with the same message.
