So, it's not as cool as SweetPea86.....
So, about lunch time I start hearing a lot of whispering and cooing coming from the East side nursing station. I hear things like "He's soooo cute" and "Lemme hold him!" so I'm thinking probably a new baby

I guess the person with Snookums hasn't twigged to the fact that if they say it is a service dog, you are not allowed to ask for paperwork or documentation to prove it? Cause you aren't. They have to admit that Poochy is not a service animal before you can tell them they have to take him outside.
(We've only ever had actual service animals in the library, including some who one of the librarians babysits as part of a program on the weekends when they're out of service-dog school (yes, they go home on the weekends, just like college students!) except for one chihuahua who a guy had in his jacket at the public computers. Considering what kind of trouble we normally have at the public computers, we were *thrilled* to have the chihuahua there, as long as it wasn't looking at porn.)
