I was pretty peeved last night.. We set a dish with food outside our front door and our back door.. just so Hannibal could have something to eat if she did find her way back... of course other neighbourhood cats are going to dig in.. nothing we can do about that.. but someone stole the one I put on the back steps.. we came home on wednesday night

Man... Anita and I are both so sad for you both. Like you said, it's too early to give up hope, but it's not easy. Things might still turn around, though, you'll see.

I had a weird dream last night. I was driving\walking around Fredericton looking for Hannibal, and though I know exactly what she looks like in real life, I couldn't pick her out in the crowd of many cats I saw around town. I couldn't remember if she was long-haired, beige, white, black, or whatever. Odd, since I've seen her and pictures... but anyhow. She's obviously in our thoughts!
