Hi, Corbye! I used to have this formatting problem all the time. Edit the entry and "CTRL X" your text. Now click on the HTML tab, rather than Rich Text, and "CTRL V" your text. Now it will appear properly.

I generally do everything in the HTML window - once you've learned the basic commands, it's easy.
