Cordelia: *she looked around the lobby, then walked passed the front desk and into the office, it was cleaned out, no papers scattered on the desk, no books on the shelf, she walked back into the lobby and sat down on the bench, she looked around and the tears started to well up in her eyes*
Cordelia:What have I done?
Cordelia: *Cordelia jumped to her feet as a loud crash came from her right, she looked quickly to see who or what made the noise* Angel, is that you? *she sees a shadow to her left she quickly turns to see what it is* Okay whoever you are! this is not funny! *she jumps and screams as another crash comes from right behind her, she turns around and sees a figure in the dark*
Figure: Who are you, and why have you entered this place?
Cordelia: uh, duh, I work here *she squints to try and get a better look at the figure*
Figure: Impossible * he moves a little closer to Cordelia, his face is still shadowed* my clan has been here for a month, if anyone tried to enter we would have killed them.
Cordelia: Listen here buster, I'm Cordelia Chase I work for Angel, this is Angel Investigations and if they catch you in here theres gonna be heads rolling, and its gonna be yours
Figure: Angel you say?*the figure steps out of the shadow and reveals that he is a demon, a spikey, blueish ugly demon, he grins a razor sharp grin at Cordelia* my dear Angel works for Wolfram and Heart now, or didn't they give you the memo? *he steps closer to Cordelia his grin growing wider*
Cordelia: oh please, you think I am that stupid? Angel would never...I mean thats the enemy, oh what do you know? your just some low life spikey ick demon *Cordelia turns to walk towards the front doors but more demons, about five emerge infront of her* this isn't looking good *she turns back to the figure and sees he has more demons behind him*
Figure: We can't let you leave, no one that enters will leave here alive *he steps even closer to Cordelia who backs up*
Cordelia: Look, I didn't mean what I said about the whole ick thing, and spikes, those are super sexy, in a impale your eye sorta way, but hey! some girls find that very attractive..*she trys to run for the door but is headed off by a larger ick demon, she trys to fight passed the demon but he is too strong for her and pushes her onto her back, she hits her head on the ground, the larger demon leans over hear and is about to use his razor sharp teeth to bite her when he screams and falls to the ground beside her, she hears more screams and the leader yelling to kill whoever just saved her, she slowly gets up when she hears the leaders screams, she then feels herself being lifted to her feet*
Man: Cordelia? you ok?
Cordelia: huh?..uh..*she looks at the mans face* Angel?
Angel: yah, its me *he smiles and helps her over to the bench* the hospital phoned and said you were missing from your room, thought you might come here *he looks over at Cordelia, she has passed out in his arms* its good to have you back *he picks her up and carrys her out the front doors*
