[Spoilers]- I feel like one of my issues with Carver is that Sam and Dean increasingly feel sidelined in their own story. Last year's finale was about them failing to accomplish the goal they'd been working towards all season, and this year's was about Dean

I was totally expecting Sam to order Crowley to save Dean. His body language did NOT say deal. I too thought Sam had lots of good points this year and I hope they don't get skated over as they move to the Demon Dean story. At least Sam had absolutely nothing to do with that.
Is it wrong to say I am more excited to see where fans take demon!Dean in vids and fic, than where the writers and Carver take him?? ::shakes head:: I just don't trust them any more..

I just wish either Sam or Dean had gotten to actually *express* their feelings. The emotional shorthand just isn't cutting it anymore.
