of course i know what it's from because its shit like that that makes us friends.

and i saw star trek AGAIN on saturday. the 2nd time around there are so many plot loopholes. for instance:

pike: spock, im making you captain.kirk, 1st officer.
spock: i fail to comprehend the complexities of human pranks...
pike: no prank, kirk's 1st officer.
spock: frowny face. or as much of a frowny face as being vulcan will allow.

so here's a thought... 1st act as captain? fire your first officer. how could this have not occured to him??? some vulcan. must be the winona ryder in him...
