Today, I got advice on getting a house with my girlfriend from my grandma.

My life is awesome.

(Oh, LJ, it's been a while. I have so many THINGS to tell you, and so many pictures to share, but right now, my life belongs to these godforsaken costumes and it must stay that way until November. But then! Then, I shall shaaaaaaaaaaaaare.)

She really took it amazingly well. I mean, I tell her I have a significant other who happens to be a girl and five minutes later she's asking me if we're planning on buying a house and if we'd considered getting a condo instead. I was so not expecting this from my 83-year-old grandmother.

Heh. Well, you'll have a while to save yet. We're determined that it will wait until it's legal in Nebraska or until we get completely sick of waiting, whichever comes first (and, sadly, I think it'll be the latter -_-)
