Chloe has come a long way and defied the odds. Given "two years at most" to live and "severely mentally and physically disabled" status by her doctors shortly after birth, she can now be seen gingerly walking through our house and back yard without any assistance at the age of eight

One issue that has come up in recent months is the inability for her to use most public swing-sets (
