Back to work today after two days of "working" at home (which mostly consisted of watching TV - don't worry, I was honest on my timesheet!) The DC area got much luckier than we had expected. Toronto is still cleaning up, as they took the brunt of it in this neck of the woods, but it's still minor compared to the northeast coast of the US.
Cannot wait to see Homeland season 2. I've been reading the recaps and it sounds like a blast!
I'm watching Arrow but don't know how long I'll stick around. I'm a Green Arrow fan from childhood and this is skewed towards a totally different universe and demographic. However, the pretty is keeping me hanging about since there's nothing else of interest on here in that time slot.

Yes, I remembered you were a big Green Arrow fan! The show is definitely not aimed at comic fans, alas, but the set-up has some potential if handled well. I admit I haven't paid attention to who is running it or writing for it. For now, the pretty will keep me watching and we'll see how it goes.

The Arrow writers have gone to great lengths to even name characters after famous writers and artists from GA. Which I'll admit has been a bit of a hoot.
Yeah, as long as dude keep hanging half naked from the bar doing pull ups I'll probably be around.
As for Homeland, once iTunes.ca gets it's head out of it's arse and puts season two up I'll be devouring it.

And there's now a third season in the offing, and I'm already stressed about it.

It's one of the very few shows I've ever seen where they can show me a character in a moment of decision, and I honestly have no idea what they're going to do.

And it might go well or spectacularly badly, but it's definitely not going to happen any way that you imagine it will.
When she interrogated him, omg, I was all foetal in my chair.
