So it's my birthday, and it's been a truly craptastic one.

Rodney snorted. "Your life has been very very different from mine."

"I'm just saying. He'll be back. I'd bet on it."

Out in the ocean, Sam's tail thrashed against the waves. "Sucker bet," said Rodney, and smiled.

I just said to Shana, if that's the actual plot, spoilers can't phase me, because my reaction when I read a spoiler about what Rodney figures out in this episode was "no fuckin' way."

That episode was in fact my happy place during an unforseen crying jag. But that's another story.
