WIC rules. I'm really glad we have it. It shouldnt be to difficult to only gain around 25lbs hon. You're small, just make sure you eat healthy! Also.. you're not eatting for two, you only need around an extra 500 calories so dont eat double. Also keep AWAY from SALT, you will blow up like a balloon if you eat a lot of sodium, take it from me.. I'm almost 100% sure thats why I gained so much weight. Drink ALOT of water also, stay away from Diet soda..or all soda for that matter. Make sure when you get off bedrest that you are walking at least 30 minutes a day. PLEASE stay in shape, its really hard to lose pregnancy weight. Love you!
