On traditions, new and old

On Facebook today I noted that both Matthew and Ryan added the "Where I've Been" application. Looking at the maps of both, I see that both are well-traveled and I admit, I am jealous. The applet beckoned me to install it on my own profile but I declined. The list of places I've been is so short, even including the United States, that my map

Well, know that in the event that I ever get enough money and vacation time to travel back to Europe, you're coming along!! I would much rather spend time in Germany or France with my friends than in some enormous, chaotic tour group!

That's a new tradition with which I heartily agree. I wish I'd travelled more when I had the chance. I'll have the chance again in the future though - I have to promise that to myself.
