Cory, you are an amazing person, and I hope you feel that you can always IM/call me and tell me about your great days. Unfortunately I'm not there to ask in person, but I'm there in spirit!
And I know how you feel about days when you just want to hide from the world. At least I have my own room (and the weather's still nice and warm here so I can go outside). But hang in there!
As far as being an only child goes, I completely agree with you. I often feel that I miss having that sibling bond, but then I realize that my parents and I had the ability to do a lot of things when I was younger (like huge trips) that we wouldn't have been able to afford if there were more of us. Also, I got all of their time and attention and all the Christmas and birthday gifts!
