Post-issue notes and a reflection

Thank you so much for all the work you put in. I genuinely think of cornerflag as something of a fandom institution (at the risk of sounding really pompous), and the consistent quality and interesting writing it produces is a real credit both to the writers and the organiser.

Looking forward to writing that superhero AU. Or maybe it'll be assassins. :D

as a noobie to cornerflag i can only say i was absolutely overwhelmed to see this issue up and my story there. gosh, it feels like i've been really 'published' and am eternally grateful to have gotten the opportunity to write the kind of fic no-one would read in other conditions.

and as for AU idea for the next, i am MORE than thrilled. i love AU and i seriously hope i can contribute to the next issue.

you guys simply rock and offer so much to fandom :D

Hey, I'd get to write that story where Xavi is a penguin and Iniesta slays the enemies of reason with the Sword of Poor Fashion Choices* after all!

But seriously, thank you. cornerflag is a truly wonderful undertaking, and I am very grateful for the work you put into it.

*I blame cheryl_bites.

thank you so much for organizing everything! I echo the people above - cornerflag is one of my favorite parts on fandom, and it's been the source of some of my favorite fic, period. I really appreciate all the effort it must take to make this happen.

and so, so excited for AUs! I don't even know how I'll choose what to write about.

I concur with all the excellent smart people ahead of me. cornerflag is something I look forwards to, and I always feel like it makes me really up my game and try and stretch my boundaries.

(Which is why an AU idea does interest me, because I can't push my comfort levels more than that...)
