I have tho opposite problem. I go through shampoo twice as fast because I need to use at least three good sized globs to cover all of my hair and I only put conditioner on the lower two-thirds-ish of my hair. Conditioner on the scalp/upper portion of one's hair is never a good idea.

Yeah, though I don't think I have an equivalent 1 shampoo to 2 conditioners. I think it's more like 1 shampoo to 1.5 conditioners, because I do like a nice dollop of shampoo, I like feeling the lather.

I do have this problem and I also have a bit of OCD about using the same kind of shampoo and conditioner together. So, if I see that the conditioner is getting at a different level than the shampoo I start freaking out and using more shampoo to equal it out.

I have the same problem but in reverse - I have thick hair that goes oily quickly so I can't use much conditioner if ever.
