When I was hanging out with Sarah and Michelle, they pointed out that Jason's study habits are not normal. Therefore, it may be true that Research Methods eats your life, but it may just be that Jason has really bad study habits (i.e. putting things off until the last minute). I am signed up for four and a half real courses, but I might take five and a half. The thing is, two classes are with Ryan (so it might be a lot of work, but I am motivated to do theater work for Ryan), I might not take Hebrew, and I'm scared of Research Methods. Good luck with working your courses out, and I'm glad you're having fun in Seattle.

1) Classes tend to work out. At least that is what I am hoping for, since my schedule is a bit up in the air at the moment! Hmm, i really need to work on thesis. Ack! Sounds like Seattle is fun. Do you ever leave the North? Maine, Mass., and now Washington are nowhere near the Mason-Dixon line. You should come South where the weather is ridiculously hot, I mean beautiful. :-P 2) Hmm, Mattea, 5.5 classes including research methods? I hope I see you sometime!

Actually, now that you mention it, I'm flying back to Maine on Tuesday by way of Atlanta! I think I have something like a three-hour layover in the Atlanta airport... does that count as going south? And I've been to Arizona and New Mexico (years ago)... but it's way too hot in the South. At least the airport will be air conditioned. And a slightly random thought: Do you know the song "Sailing to Philadelphia" by Mark Knopfler, which is on the cd as a duet between Knopfler and James Taylor? Good song.
