the world is full of highs and lows. On monday i got a distinction for my MA, on tuesday night a friend from work was murdered.
Felling more than just a little spinny but not quite able to say it out loud.

i'll ring when i can get through the story without blubbing. Its very surreal. The guy that killed him was a mate aswell, i just don't understand how it could have happened.
I'm ok though, lots of cuddles from R.
I was with both their girlfriends last night, their whole world been shattered so i count myself lucky that i can come home and R will put his arms around me.
