Today is my last day at Wartburg... Can you believe it? Only a few hours left. I'm taking today to straighten up my desk for the next person and to take care of a few loose ends.

I feel like I should be listening to Europe: Final Countdown or something. My last Tuesday at Wartburg! Soon I'll be counting down the hours.

AND some situps! 20, to be precise. Not bad, considering I haven't done any of those since.. I can't remember when. Whew!

Whew.. another mile, another 120 calories burned. Now I just have to weigh in to see if I'm making any progress.

Whew.. I just finished some exercise for tonight.

Unfortunately, I splurged big time and ate way too much ice cream. I had a major craving. I'll have to really work to undo that damage.

Then again, my calorie intake was probably a bit low anyway.. I've been eating very light meals/snacks this week.

Here are tonight's eliptical statistics. I weighed myself last night and I was down to 242, although some of that was probably water weight. I'm glad I'm exercising again. I can definitely feel the boost in my energy levels.
