It seems this was quite the interesting game. I didn't pay attention to it, however. I'm not sure, but some people are unable to understand Quidditch, no matter how many times they may see a game. Instead I focused on writing my story. I just wrote a bit about a decapitation and a dragon with six heads. I reckon he could do as much damage as you ( Read more... )

Sadly, I don't think I'm allowed to have a big enough ego (according to Lucy) to believe that my not being there affected how the sun rose. That makes me sad though, that it did not rise as brightly. Perhaps it was a forewarning of what the day was bringing. It's very possible it's the ecosystem changing. Or maybe it just was one of those days that nothing is as bright as it usually is.

Answer! I think it depends on how oblivious the parties involved are.

Chase! Well, I must argue the contrary, really. I'm sure that being alone made the sun not want to be as bright as it was when we were together. But don't be sad, it will happen again. Perhaps we all need a day where nothing is bright every now and again.

Good answer!

Cornelia! Possibly, but I'd like to think it is bright for you and I merely am there to witness it. Though I do enjoy it when we see it together. I think we do, though I've not had one of those days in a while. I don't think I need one soon either.

Thank you!

But! You know, not starting the morning off with a sunrise isn't nearly so bad when I get to start the morning off with a hug from you, yeah? I don't think I have ever hugged this much before.

You're welcome!

don't judge your views on quidditch by that game. it's normally much better.

Oh, okay. Less blood and hitting and falling and cursing?

there's still cursing and maybe some blood, but that was an extreme. i don't normally end up unconscious either.

I hope that we don't see six-headed dragons at the next Quidditch match.

No! He should show up. It could make things interesting.

How well do adults enjoy adulthood?

Reply

cornstalks January 27 2008, 21:45:40 UTC
It's my guess that they like it lots? Unless they wish they were a teenager again.

I doubt that, but I'm not sure that adulthood is much more enjoyable for most.

That's certainly a dilemma.

I think we ought to conduct an experiment. Decapitate Trimble, and see what it does to the sun.

Oh good! You give your consent, then. I'd hate to decapitate someone who'd just whinge about it the whole way through.

I'm never really one to complain about you know...having my head cut off. Mostly because I'm busy bleeding to death.
