this time in 24 hours I will be on a train headed towards England. excitement factor: off the scale. Not only will I be seeing my boy and the wonderful Miss Oliver, but 4 of my bestest girls will meet me in the interim for green tea and presents

i am 'the girl who always almost gets run over' in London.
it seems however, I have developed a new found confidence when it comes to crossing roads in paris (aside from a close call with a motorbike yesterday). maybe i should contemplate the champs elysees around the arc de triomphe as my ultimate test...
