And so the dead have returned to life once more. Dist wasn't lying then, though I somehow doubted he would lie to me about something of that nature. It bothers me on just how powerful these scientists really are; to be able to bring back what cannot be brought back...Isn't it ironic how I managed to come across this plane of existence? In all actuality, I was hoping that those who died outside the city wouldn't return.
Wherever they were, it would have been much more comfortable than here. And perhaps such a case would quell the doubts inside of me. But for the sake of my own safety and everyone's emotional disorder, I won't voice that out.
Well, now that we've all calmed down after that ruckus, I suppose we can proceed with our everyday lives without attempting to rally outside the city borders. You all did realize that proceeding in such haste would be efforts gone to waste, right? Misplaced bravery won't do anyone any good, after all, but I admired everyone's will nevertheless.
And as I am on the topic, a hearty welcome back to those who've disappeared. Now if only the power could return as well...
