I seem to be having some issues with excessive fatigue as of late. I completely skipped gaming this past Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights because I was just too tired to log in.
Sunday morning I hit the gym. I do my usual strength training regimen, and decide to push my cardio training up a notch, as I discovered my target heart rate (THR)

I'll be at work tomorrow. I've felt good most of the day although I took an hour nap at 2pm. I haven't felt this good in quite a while. All it took was three days off doing nothing. :)
