If I'm being honest, I hate this week's topic, for a number of reasons. One, I hate it because I'm not really religious. I believe in God, I believe in this about God, and a few other things, but I don't consider myself to be really religious. I don't go to church every week and I don't follow the bible. Sometimes it's very hard to keep moving, to keep putting pen to paper so to speak, but it's always worth it in the end.

Yeah, I reocgnised a lot of this! I just know that I can't do anything but write. There's no other option. It'd be like giving up breathing or something.

I think this entry would have been stronger without the intro because complaining about the topic selection tends to turn some people off. You did a good job without having to describe difficulties in the prompt. I'm not religious either , nor are a lot of people in idol and you just have to make it work somehow.

i put the beginning in only because, that's literally how i got the topic. i was starting the entry and had planned on looking at it some other way (or was hoping to) and then i just came to the idea of writing. i wasn't sure if i should cut it out or not, but i like the idea of having it there because it showed my thought process (if that makes sense). but, i can see where you're coming from.
