Please help me...is there ANY way to recover a deleted file that was deleted FROM the trash can? I put the file in the trash can because I thought it was copied then I emptied it out.

IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET IT BACK? IT IS AN EMERGENCY

there is a way you need to get a data recovery program.. best thing to do is save nothing and go to an apple store. I don't know of a recovery program for mac, but there must be one

Try asking this in Mac relate communities. Just search "apple" or "macintosh" or go to my userprofile. I think there is a way but those people will definately be able to tell you
