Believe it or not, Diane Jung and Karen were telling him to relax and be causal. We set up the shot on the second floor of the Fine Arts Building and the only time I could get him in front of the camera was right before the annual holiday (staff recognition) party. It was an interesting evening.

It's definitely a good pic. He looks warm and approachable.

(Unlike one of the photos I saw online in the Star yesterday, where the caption was something about him smiling, but lordy, it looked like he was snarling!!)
