Good points. One you didn't mention, what did hero guy and phone guy talk about while hero guy was waiting on the train? I imagine he'd be on it for at least a few minutes. After phone guy asks hero guy, did you make it on the train? Then what? Was it just an awkward silence? Did hero guy curse at phone guy? How long can you swear at your nemesis and still sound threatening? Did they just make polite conversation? "So phone guy, other than this whole maniacal plot, how are you doin today?" These are some pretty important questions that I just don't think we'll get the answers to...

I get cell service on the metro. Verizon put antennas in the tunnels. Although I've seen the cell phone "movie," and it doesn't take place on the DC metro.
