Bashcon

So we have this little gaming con up here, at one of the nearby universities, called Bashcon. I'm usually not too excited about it because, other than the small dealer's room, there's not much there for me. The one time I tried to play a game there I hated it and we tried, once, to do a Reaper's miniatures painting thing but they never showed up

Finding costuming bits and the like is always awesome... I've always wanted to craft something properly steampunk but resources have never come together for it. However, kudos on the find.

Well, really, you just need to hit a con. Any con. Steampunk has gotten so big that there will be multiple dedicated steampunk sellers, and a few non-dedicated sellers, at any con. Gaming, anime, renfaire, even furry cons are just rotten with it. There's also no shortage of online stores that deal in steampunk merchandise you can find. Plus there's guides on how to make stuff for yourself if you prefer. Snake's even started doing some himself.
