our dog marley has taken up the hobby of sheep herding. its what she was born to do. the natural herding skill & instincts she has without being taught are pretty cool. here she is bringing in a wayward sheep. at a desert ranch 1 hour outside LA.

That is so fantastic. I love Border Collies (or any sheepherding dog), and I love to watch them herd. It's so crazy to see them try to herd by themselves, without any formal training beforehand. Or, like, give the sheep "the eye," that Border Collie thing they do to size up the sheep and let them know who's boss. Dog instinct is a wild thing.
