So good to hear things are going so well, you deserve every minute ;)

We're def not as crazy workout ppl as you, but I am in the best shape I've ever been in and I intend to keep it that way. Yay for being healthy!

Not a week goes by that I don't miss one or two of the planned workouts. :D
But yeah... its a lot of time ... and I love it. :)

I've known you, sheesh, for how long now? We may have fallen out of touch, but I just want to say, there's never been a time I haven't been watching, and rooting for you. <3 It's awesome to see how things have changed for you and it makes me very, very happy for you.
