Good to see you around here my friend, your posts have been missed! I see the random Instagram shots from you and that's about it.

As usual life has been full of twists and turns; I can totally relate to the frustration of surgery when you're in the fitness zone. Last year I finally started to get on board, at my own slow pace, but still successful, and then in December I had major abdominal surgery. Just got the go ahead two weeks ago to resume life and activity cautiously... So it's back to square one, fortunately my friends won't let me sit around on my butt too long! The best new though, is I re-married this weekend, and now I'm married to my life long best friend :)

Can't believe the boys are that grown up; but then again, I look at mine... 26 years old, married and serving in the US Air Force. Fortunately I don't feel as old as I thought I would at this age!

eh... I'll try... but I can't stay connected to LJ ... it consumes me. :)

And thanks for the good vibes. I've been down this road three times... It's a bit of a bummer but after 2 months... I'll be right as rain. :)

Saul had a hernia operation about two years after we met. I know how much pain he was in before he had it done! Although I've heard that you can have one and not be in a lot of pain...his was really bad. Sorry it keeps coming back for you. Thankfully his hasn't returned. Best of luck with that, and happy birthday!
