So, Heather and I decided to go looking at rings today (just looking! don't get excited!), and so we went to both Shane Co. and D. Geller & Son, and all I can say is,

I found that Shane Co had the only elegant men's ring with a diamond in it, so we bought goodgoodwill's engagement ring there. For mine, we went with Solomon Brothers, which is way swanky.

The sad part is that those bully tactics probably work on a lot of people that don't know better.
