That's a fantastic article :)

I've had to cut very few people out of my life, but when I have, I know I sometimes fall into the trap of still giving them too much power when I think about them, because I do get into the "ARGH THEY WERE SO TOXIC" mode . . .

Thankfully, I *have* taken the time to do the self-reflection necessary to know that I contributed to the situation (sometimes inadvertently, because I only found out about it after the fact), so at least I can admit that to myself, even if what I'm saying out loud doesn't always take the time to reflect that. That's something I'll need to keep working on.
