Yesterday evening I drifted off to sleep with one of my cats stretched out on her back beside me as I was scratching her tummy; this morning I awoke some ten minutes or so before the alarm, gradually becoming aware that I was still doing the same thing - but to my other cat, lying in the exact same place, and purring. <3

Ah yes, I've had this, and seen a cat doing something another one usually does. We joke that they swap coats.

Yes, it's like they have to try out each other's habits once in a while, just in case they're missing out on something. XD
