Not sure why I'm posting tonight, perhaps just to vent some. I know it's been awhile. Well the lung disease I have is called Sarcoidosis, I read up about it, most likely it's not going to kill me but it won't be going away and I have some of the symptoms and I read the treatment and it gives me some of those issues too when I'm taking the meds

It is low to take a difficult point in someone's life dealing with health issues and accepting limitations and judge them based on that one moment in time. Do not give up hope on your future. No one wins or loses at life! You are alive, that means so far you've WON. You get to be the person you were meant to be still. Don't believe detractors because what they say is true in one moment. Make it not true. The question is, what now? Now you get back up and you fight.

Ok, so what happened was this. I had been seeing my sons about every weekend or so, and then I got a call, from my 12 year old that he and his younger brother (8) had had enough and ran away (again) from their home. I asked what happened and the story I got was that my ex-gf's (their mother) Ex-husband (father of another child she has) got mad at my 12 hear for mumbling something under his breath, to which he then called him a "jerk", then he lost his mind grabbed a plastic baseball bat and started to him my 12 and 8 year old, to which he grabbed an umbrella and fought back to protect him and his brother, somehow in this my 8 year old got pushed down a flight of stairs by the guy and then they decided they had had enough and hid the phones, took a cell and ran away. they were calling me to come get them. I tried to talk to them, reason with them (my 12 year old anyway) and explain the problem that now has developed, sometime during this my ex's NEW fiancee (yes, they all live together) called me and when I asked what was up he

It makes me sad to read this. I haven't heard from you in a long time. I miss our conversations. From what I know about you, you have not "failed at life." You have an uncanny insight regarding other people and their personalities, and mannerisms. That is something most people would kill to have. You do have much to offer the world. Not too long ago you seemed to not let anything get you down, breathing problems included. I miss that man
