The other night B brought home _vanilla_ ice cream. Now, I am a big chocolate ice cream fan, vanilla not so much... unless of course you put chocolate sauce on it. So, off I go rummage through the cupboards. It seems we had everything need for the standard family sauce expect for light cream. Well remembering a frosting recipe with sour cream
