If warming the wort didn't do it, then yes - pitch more yeast. If this is dry yeast, do you pitch right into the wort or do you rehydrate first?

Dry yeast, and I pitched it right into the wort.

You might try rehydrating first in a little warm (80F) boiled and cooled water.

Oh, and if the LJ icon limits were a little larger the animation would be smoother...

Perhaps not so useful for your kids, unless it turns out they end up liking the taste, but greek or european-style yogurt is much better than standard yogurt. By way of example, chibani has 22g of protein and 10g of carbs per serving, and the stonyfield farms chocolate yogurt has 7g of protein and 36g of carbs.
