today was awesome!

this is now the best weekend ever(to date)

state opens was incredible. it was a fast race....i ended up getting lapped but w/e. the race went out hard...i was in last for a lap or two(maybe 3..i don't remember that well), then i started moving up. 4:54 first mile(good good...right where i wanted to be) then the 2nd mile i closed in 5:02 to run a school record time of 9:56.47!! i finally ( Read more... )

so today was incredible. first the 3200m at states. i ran an 11 second pr(13 sec pr for indoor)...a 10:05.43..........which is really good cause for opens i will be the 10th seed(opens is the best runners in the state). and stacey showed up for my race which was awesome. and my number was lucky 7. so that was a good part of my day. then stacey gave ( Read more... )
