It's when an offensive player cuts the legs out of under the defensive player, knocking them over.

It's really harsh on the knees, shortening a lot of players careers.

Football is an impact sport, you should expect impacts and the injuries that go along with repeated high speed impacts.

Injuries are fine.

Injuries sustained after illegal cut blocks, and being taken down 4 yards out of bounds are bullshit.
