As I've learned, sometimes it's better when you step away from your old team, and start anew with a different one. After a year mentoring 201, I was burned out and ready to quit FIRST. Joining 830 definitely turned that around for me. It helps to develop mentor-student relationships, instead of being the guy who was always around before.
