Actually went to practice yesterday. But it was too hot, and I was pushin it pretty hard, and well yeah not a good feelin, harger kept trying to make me puke but I hate pukin just held it all back. But I coulda passed out, it sucked so bad. And hmm well I couldnt breathe so I was kinda scared cause it has never been that bad so well kinda started
