I looooved this chapter, especially this line in particular: "With his glasses off and his blue eyes wide, he looked… vulnerable."

Commonly (from what I've seen in USUK fics), England is usually described as being the vulnerable one, but it's wonderful to read something with the roles reversed. I love England's comforting nature here and America's willingness to trust him. It warmed my heart ♥

I can't wait to see where this story goes, especially concerning France, Japan, and Canada (La Résistance! <3)

Thank you so much for the review! I definitely figure that America has his moments of vulnerability as well! Even though England comes across as having more emotional issues often, America totally has them himself. :D

Oh bejeezus...you've reunited USUK wonderfully in this chapter. I really, REALLY enjoyed it.
