So, here's how my day's been.

I get to work and find that the front desk person wants to go right home right now. I tell her to find coverage, the front desk person last night said she could do it. We call her, she now says she can't because she has school. I call another property, they have a guy but it will put him into overtime "I don't think my boss will like that" I say "
