Busy month so far.
Managed to wreck myself at boxing, not entirely sure what I did but my sternum was very inflamed and very unhappy. Lived off chia shakes for a while and had to take a week off boxing, so when I got back into it I tried to make up for lost time and went nuts on my cardio and
strap rows. BOOM. Another week off training

Take care of yourself! I'd say eat chocolate, but apparently that didn't go over well. Also, watching that strap row vid, all I could imagine is me slipping and splitting my skull open, haha /o\
