Summary: I didn't have a fixed date in mind for the portrait, other than it was during his tenure as the Potions Master, but I have a suspicion it might have been around the time of "Order of the Phoenix".

Thank you for saying so! The eyes were so tricky. I had a bit of an ironic accident on the day I was drawing them. My sight was too poor to focus on sketching, so the eyes ended up crooked and cartoonish. A nice mirroring of experiences.
