First the good news:

Here's our new kitten (see pic below). He's 16 weeks old this week. We got him 3 weeks ago. We were hoping a new Kitten would lift Sandstorm's spirits and help him get better.

Second the Bad news:

We had to put Sandstorm down two weeks ago. He seemed to get sick after Shahrie died and his condition deteriorated to the point ( Read more... )

Kitty love!! Losing a fur-baby is very hard; I've been there too often. I'm sooooo glad you took the two older babies, though. Shelters have a hard time adopting out older kitties, and now they have a WONDERFUL home.

Thank you so much. Yes, We were also very worried that no one was going to adopt 14-15 year old cats. But they've integrated pretty well and we all feel like a family!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the passing of your beautiful kitties. It is a wonderful thing that you both are able to take in Shon's kitties and have a new home for the beautiful baby. Hope things are going well. I miss seeing you.
