I've just started an exercise routine lately and I'm very pleased with the results. I have been running 2 miles every day and just upped that to 3 mi. Also I've been doing a yoga style push up in repetition. The greatest thing is that now I can stand on my head and push into a handstand 5 times! well, not only is 3 miles a lot, but every day! watch out for ice patches.

i'd never promote a sedentary lifestyle, but too much activity is escape as much as lazyness is. If it feels good though, have fun!
