Last week, I realized that the very next journal entry I would make would be my 1000th ever and of course, being a moron that makes meaning out of round numbers, I decided that it had to be something special. That tree, is that on the Blarney castle grounds? I'm fairly certain I have a photo of myself in/next to that tree.

(So funny to think about how many people have gone to these places and taken photos of all the same things, how they can be inspiring in such a brand new way to so many.)

That tree is on the Blarney grounds. It's kind of off the beaten path as well. It's funny that you also commented about the roosters from the Aran Islands - we must have gone to all the same places!

(Some things are just always awesome to pretty much everyone I guess).

I just found out wedding photographers cost thousands of dollars. Hell I should just hire you instead. Nice photos dude.

Thousands? Screw that noise. I think I'll have to employ the use of talented friends instead! I guess film does cost a lot though...

Thing is, most of then use DSLRs now anyway. They advertise "We take thousands of shots and you choose which ones you want!" The ones that use film cost 3 - 5 grand easy for a wedding.
