Last week, I realized that the very next journal entry I would make would be my 1000th ever and of course, being a moron that makes meaning out of round numbers, I decided that it had to be something special. 1. Until we went, Sam had never left the country either! It's cheaper than you'd think (if you go for a short while).

2. Nikon Coolpix 5700, it's a little outdated, but it works just fine (as I hope you can see).

3. Home! And at work! EXCITING CITY. I've been busy at work learning new skills mostly and I'm somewhat bored with the interwebs lately. I kind of feel bad because I don't really keep up with everyone else as much as I should. How's Texas treating you? Still good I hope...

Texas is great! I quit smoking. My job is about to hand out another raise and it turns out my credit isn't shit like I thought it was. I'm closing on a house April 5th. :)

I've also been so busy I rarely post. Weird.

Depends... I'd recommend a coolpix or a Canon for users who don't want to do things like focus, etc... but I'd probably say an SLR is better (but way more 'spensive).

AHA.. a place where you actually write something (as opposed to the dreaded MySpace)... now if only I could say the same. Bah! Short attention span means I'm always doing about 30 other things :-/

It was a half the people I know were here and half them were there sort of thing. I always said I wouldn't join but then to keep in touch with some people I had to. Anyways your pictures are great. I'll be going to England for the first time ever in May so I'm excited, I always wanted to go there, hopefully I won't be so excited that i forget to take photos like I usually do...
