Fanmix: Hell is Around the Corner
I'm trying something new called Music Monday. Each week, I'll post a couple songs I'm into at the moment. This will encourage me to post more, and you guys get free music, so everyone benefits. :) To start things off, here's a Dean Winchester fanmix, centered around the ideas of saving one's soul, damnation and possible redemption. It's pretty eclectic, but I think it worked out quite well. So if you like artists such as Tricky, Johnny Cash, Metric and more, follow me!

I just wonder what Sam was up to during those months Dean was in hell. I don't think Dean really comprehends the effect that time had on Sam, and Sam's not telling.

Though they are called Eagles of Death Metal, there's nothing metal-sounding about this song. It's more of a ska thing.

I've seen this song used in a couple mixes, so I thought I'd switch it up by providing this version by Amy Millan from Stars. She has a lovely voice that gives the song a dreamy feel and improves upon the original, in my opinion. (Stars is a great band, by the way. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't yet.)
